What if I don't remember which email I used to create my account?
Email cmsa@cmsa.org and a representative can confirm your account email
What if I know I am using the correct email, but I do not get the reset code?
1. Check your ‘Junk’ folder
2. Check your ‘All Mail’ folder
3. If you do not see the email in your inbox, junk, or all mail within twenty minutes of requesting the reset, email cmsa@cmsa.org and a representative will send you credentials to reset
