CMSA is committed to being actively involved in ensuring that mental health services are part of every case management integrated care delivery model. Promoting mental health is a fundamental value of case management and while resources are needed to help communicate its importance, many are already available such as case management interventions, telehealth, outpatient visits, home visits and educational programming. Improved clinical and financial outcomes are a critical outcome of our work.
