The All Florida Case Management Society invites you and your case management team to a CE Dinner Meeting hosted by Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, Sarasota, to celebrate the work case managers do.

CE Presentation:
We All Seek Good Outcomes – What is a Good Outcome? We will look at outcomes from a new lens – the lens of a person. Doing so will help case managers look at their work and the outcomes produced through this new lens, regardless of the setting. We will look from the patient’s/family’s point of view and what outcomes mean in value-based payment models to organizations, providers, and payers.

Speaker:
Anne Llewellyn, MS, BHSA, RN, CRRN, CMGT-BC, BCPA, CMF, is a registered nurse with 50+ years of clinical experience. She is a Past President of the Case Management Society of America, the South Florida Case Management Network, and the All Florida Case Management Network. Anne is a catastrophic case manager and nurse advocate.
