The All Florida Case Management Society invites you and your case management team to a CE Dinner Meeting hosted by Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, Sarasota, to celebrate case managers' work in all settings.

CE Presentation: We All Seek Good Outcomes - What is a Good Outcome?
We will look at outcomes from a new lens – the lens of a person. Doing so will help case managers look at their work and the outcomes produced through this new lens, regardless of the setting.  We will look from the patient’s/family’s point of view and what outcomes mean in value-based payment models to organizations, providers, and payers.
