Join your Case Management Colleagues for an onsite meeting that will allow you to network, learn and become famliiar with the All Flordia Case Management Network.

The All Florida Case Management Network is the State Chapter for the Case Management Society of America, the largest professional organization for case management professionals.

This will be our first meeting in the Treasure Coast area and we hope YOU will join us and share this invite with your case management colleauges so we have a good turnout.

The event will include networking, dinner and a continuing education program titled: We All Seek Good Outcomes – What is a Good Outcome for the Patient?

This program will look at outcomes from a new lens – the lens of “the patient” Doing so will help nurses, social workers and case managers see how new value-based payment models are changing the focus of healthcare to be patient centered and outcomes based.
