Join Chattanooga CMSA and the Southeast Coalition on September 10th for a CE presentation on Elder Law from Amy B. Boulware, LAP MSW

Program Goal: Equip case managers and service providers with the tools to talk with their clients about Elder Care Planning and helpful tools.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Participants will be able to identify and understand what incapacity documents are and when they are appropriate.
2. Participants will be able to identify and understand what to do if there are no legal documents. Participants will understand what conservatorship is and when it is the appropriate choice for dealing with an elder with dementia. 
3. Participants will understand and identify the end of life decision making and who the clients are when completing elder law planning.
