Have you ever worked with a self-absorbed person who “clawed their way to the top” with no regard for others? 1-5% of the adult population is thought to have Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). However, many more individuals demonstrate narcissistic traits within and/or outside the workplace. Join Linda as she takes explores the types of narcissists and describes the behaviors and tendencies associated with each of them. Linda will provide you with sound strategies to effectively manage them while staying aligned to your personal/professional mission. You are invited to utilize the tools within this program to allow you to experience more work/life balance without compromising who’s most important . . . you!

Objectives:
1. Participants will differentiate between the five types of narcissistic personality disorder.
2. Participants will identify NPD characteristics, tendencies and common forms of communication.
3. Participants will implement techniques to create healthy boundaries and parameters to interact, work and communicate more effectively.
4. Participants will explore “real life” NPD situations and test drive the application of techniques denoted above.
