JOIN US FOR 2025 VIRTUAL HILL VISITS!

The CMSA 2025 Virtual Hill Visits will include Congressional meetings scheduled throughout the day on Tuesday, March 4th, Wednesday, March 5th and Thursday, March 6th. Participation in the CMSA Virtual Hill Visits program is open to all CMSA members at no charge. Participants will be scheduled for anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours of meetings over the course of three days, dependent on legislative availability.

During this advocacy event, members will meet virtually with Members of Congress and/or their health policy staff from their respective areas of the country to educate them about the importance of Case Managers and their role in improving patient health outcomes. This important event helps to elevate the professional practice of case management and the immediate needs of case managers nationwide.

The CMSA Hill Visits experience is currently offered virtually and conducted through Zoom meetings. All appointments are scheduled for participants by CMSA staff. A training session and policy briefing will be held prior to the scheduled meetings.

Virtual Hill Visits Briefing Session: Talking points, how to conduct a Hill Visit, follow-up, and more will be shared.

Attendance is highly encouraged; session will be recorded. 1.5 hr CE: RN, CCM pending.   

Scheduled Virtual Visits:  Meetings will be scheduled over the course of the three days based on availability.
Tuesday, March 4, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET
Wednesday, March 5, 9:00am – 5:00pm ET
Thursday, March 6, 9:00am – 5:00pm ET

Post Virtual Hill Visits De-Briefing Session:  Sharing of experiences and next steps will be discussed.
