June is National PTSD Awareness Month.  The June SIG topic will be PTSD with focus on family / caregiver impact, emerging therapies, and resources related to the challenges and struggles of PTSD amongst Veterans, service members, and their families.

This is a Member-Only event for case managers supporting patients in the VA, military facilities, Dept of Defense, Defense Health Agency, and contract organizations supporting Veterans and service members.  

The CMSA Military/VA/DoD/DHA Special Interest Group (MVD SIG) provides a dedicated platform for case managers within the military, VA, Department of Defense and Defense Health Agency sectors, facilitating collaboration and knowledge-sharing on critical topics relevant to this specialized area of case management.

Through quarterly networking sessions, participants engage in discussions about sector-specific processes, standards, training methodologies, and practical tips garnered from experienced case managers within the military, VA, and DoD/DHA.

This forum welcomes all CMSA Military/VA/DoD/DHA members, serving as a valuable resource for troubleshooting challenges, building community connections, and staying updated on industry trends.
