Where has the time gone? 2024 went by so fast! Another year is in the books! I can't believe it's already 2025! 2024 was an excellent year for CMSA and me. I have achieved many personal goals, and CMSA has had a banner year!

As I look back on 2024, I am so proud of what CMSA has accomplished! CMSA had an incredible 2024, making a profound impact through education, advocacy, public policy, and professional development. Over the year, CMSA hosted 21 educational webinars, which attracted more than 8,500 participants, and offered two intensive Boot Camp Workshops designed to elevate case management practice. CMSA TODAY published 75 articles written by subject matter experts. In addition,110 blogs were published highlighting storytelling and expertise from across the profession. We awarded more than 16,400 continuing education certificates through the CMSA Educational Resource Library, underscoring CMSA's commitment to advancing knowledge and professional growth.

The 2024 Annual Conference in Providence, Rhode Island, was a highlight of the year. The conference featured MVD Day, a Writer's Workshop, Leadership sessions, New Attendee meetings, and outstanding Keynote speakers, all inspiring and energizing attendees. The conference also included exceptional speakers on various case management-related topics, poster presentations describing case management-related research studies, and an engaging exhibit hall showcasing the latest innovations and solutions in case management.

Case Management Week 2024 was our largest celebration yet. More than 2,000 case managers participated in five events, demonstrating the strength of our profession. CMSA expanded CE certification options to include not only RN, SW, CCM, and CCM Ethics but also CMC, CNLCP, CDMS, and CDMS Ethics, ensuring broader inclusivity for all our members.

Advocacy was another cornerstone of 2024. CMSA organized the 3rd Annual Virtual Hill Visits, enabling members to meet with policymakers and advocate for our profession. We launched a new Case Management Fact Sheet, providing valuable resources for peers, patients, and caregivers. Additionally, we introduced a Position Paper titled "Promoting Successful Outcomes in Making Care Primary: The Role and Value of Case Management," further solidifying our role as leaders in the healthcare landscape.

CMSA welcomed over 1,100 new members to our community, along with 10 new Company Memberships. We celebrated the induction of the Class of 2024 Case Management Fellows, recognizing their dedication to advancing our profession. To foster deeper connections, we launched new Special Interest Groups (SIGs) focusing on International, Military/VA/DoD, and Rural Case Management. These SIGs hosted nine networking sessions that provided valuable opportunities for members to share insights and build relationships.

From the efforts of our 17 active committees and task groups to the individual accomplishments of our members, it's hard to choose what makes me most proud about this past year. Whether it's the passion of our members, the strides we've made in advocating for case management, or the sheer number of lives impacted by our work, it is clear that CMSA's influence continues to grow.

As we look ahead to 2025, CMSA's 35th Anniversary provides the perfect opportunity to reflect on our legacy, celebrate our achievements, and chart the future of case management. I encourage you to join us at the Annual Conference in Dallas, Texas June 24-27, where we will come together to honor our history, recognize our members' achievements, engage in education and networking, and continue shaping the profession we love.

This past year has reinforced why I love CMSA and case management. Together, we've turned potential into action and accomplishments. I can't wait to see what we achieve in 2025!
