The Case Management Adherence Guide (CMAG) serves the professional case management community as the standard by which case managers can improve engagement, retention and adherence for long-term improvement in adherence to prescribed care and treatment. Additional disease and condition specific guides are also available.
Integrated Case Management Program
CMSA’s Integrated Case Management (ICM) program is an advanced practice method that focuses on health improvements for complex populations. Case managers learn to identify and prioritize risk for targeted care planning. Risk measurements are used to demonstrate health improvement.
