The Case Management Society of America has designated the week of October 8-14, 2024, to celebrate case managers' critical work across the care continuum.
The South Florida Chapter of the All Florida Case Management network will hold an evening on October 17, 2024, from 5:00- 8:00 pm at the Plantation Preserve Golf and Country Club to celebrate YOU, the Case Manager.
