intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Illinois, focusing on Community
Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA). The program emphasizes personalized, high-

residents.

Collaboration with local hospitals and Independent Service Coordination (ISC) agencies
is a key component, ensuring timely and effective placements for individuals
transitioning from crisis situations to community living. By fostering partnerships with

The presentation will highlight tailored support services, skill development opportunities,
and strategies for effective community integration. The goal is to empower individuals
with IDD to achieve personal growth, enhance their well-being, and contribute positively
