Join CMSA of Fort Wayne and the Midwest Education Coalition on August 15th for a hybrid in-person and virtual presentation by Roger Finderson of Finderson Law LLC.
Registration, dinner, and socializing begin at 5:30pm with the presentation beginning at 6:30.
Objectives:
- List the 3 systems of law that pertain to Workers’ Compensation in the US
- Explain the role and duties of the case manager as it pertains to a work injury claim
- Reiterate the guidelines for case managers related to communication with the injured worker
