CMSNE Pediatric Roundtable: A Meet & Greet Connecting Pediatric Case Managers

Pediatric CMs practice across hospitals, outpatient clinics, community-based programs, home based services, and schools to meet the needs for complex children, without a consistent forum for connection and collaboration. This facilitated conversation brings together pediatric CM professionals to build professional connections, share experiences, and discuss common challenges and gaps across care settings. Together, participants will explore solutions to improve care coordination for children and families while supporting the continued growth of the CMSNE Pediatric SIG.
