Balancing Act: Juggling the Current Healthcare Landscape

Balancing the Healthcare Changes in a Continuously Evolving Landscape will provide healthcare and case management professionals with practical professional and personal tools, which are designed to help navigate today’s rapidly changing environment.

The program will focus on the evolving role of case managers. It will explore the current challenges with reimbursement for GLP-1 treatment. It will also examine the impact of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) on healthcare delivery and discuss Veterans in the community, the VA healthcare system, and access to available VA services. In addition, the program will discuss the national movement toward “Making America Healthy Again,” including the potential impact, opportunities, and risks this focus may pose for healthcare and support service systems.

Participants will leave with actionable strategies to remain resilient, collaborative, and effective within today’s healthcare system.
