This webinar will provide participants a detailed overview of the statute, including eligibility criteria, the request process, documentation requirements, mental health evaluation requirements, and provider participation provisions. And will review how medical aid in dying fits within the broader landscape of end-of-life care in New York, including hospice and palliative care services.
