In light of the increased emphasis on DEIB and health equity, CMSA leadership determined it was time to amplify this focus. This presentation will identify the importance of DEIB and health equity in professional case management practice from all sectors in the healthcare industry. In addition, the presentation will describe key terms and concepts in DEIB and health equity in order for participants to fully understand the framing of the key issues impacting professional case management practice.
