However, realizing these benefits requires a strong ethical foundation that ensures AI supports healthcare professionals. This includes using representative, bias-mitigated datasets; ensuring algorithmic explainability; protecting patient privacy, consent, and autonomy; and establishing robust oversight and regulatory structures.
