Boulware, LAP MSW Program Goal: Equip case managers and service providers with the tools to talk with their clients about Elder Care Planning and helpful tools. Learning Outcomes: Participants will be able to identify and understand what incapacity documents are and when they are appropriate. Participants will be able to identify and understand what to do if there are no legal documents.
